# Reject Transaction

Rejecting a send transaction involves actions by the proposer and co-managers.&#x20;

1. By default, the proposer gets asked to approve the transaction they proposed as mentioned in [Propose Transaction.](https://doc.m-safe.io/sui/user-guide/propose-transaction)
2. The co-manager(s) can reject the proposed transaction and the threshold must be met to execute the rejection. Please read next section - Co-Manager(s) Actions.&#x20;
